What we store in your browser

Strictly necessary items that make pages work.
A first-party analytics record: a random visitor identifier and the pages you visit on this site, with time spent. This never leaves our systems and is not shared with advertisers.
Your tool data: readings you save in the blood sugar tracker, blood pressure log or medication list stay in your browser on your device. We cannot see them.

What we do not use

No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No Facebook pixel, no Google advertising tags, no data brokers. If that ever changes, this page and the consent experience will change first.

Managing it

Clearing your browser data removes everything above, including saved tracker readings. Your browser settings can also block storage entirely; the reading tools still work, they just will not remember anything between visits.
