For employers, EHS leads and HR

Most workplaces do not have a doctor on staff. Yours can borrow one.

Dr. Jannat Ilyas is Head Medical Officer for a manufacturing workforce. Pre-employment medicals, periodic surveillance, heat and noise exposure, shift rotation design, first-aid readiness. Our medical director does this every week, not as theory. For companies too small to employ a full-time medical officer, we do it by the engagement.

Scope

What an engagement covers

  • A review of your current screening and health setup
  • Medical examination protocols built for your actual risks
  • Heat, noise, dust, shift rotation and ergonomics
  • Emergency and first-aid readiness
  • Health sessions delivered to your workforce
  • A written report your EHS lead and insurer can both use
Why this, from her

Occupational health is not general practice with a hard hat on

Knowing that heat exhaustion becomes heat stroke is medicine. Knowing that your afternoon shift is losing people at 2pm because the acclimatisation schedule was never written down is occupational health. They are different jobs.

Screening that means something

A pre-employment medical that tests for the exposures your site actually has, instead of a generic panel that clears everyone and protects nobody.

Programs that survive an audit

Hearing conservation, heat stress, respiratory protection. Documented so that when a regulator or insurer asks, the answer already exists.

Workers who trust it

Health education delivered in a way a shop-floor workforce will actually listen to. Attendance is the whole game, and it depends on who is standing at the front.

In an emergency, do not use this site. Chest pain, trouble breathing, weakness on one side, trouble speaking, heavy bleeding, serious injury, or thoughts of harming yourself: contact your local emergency service now.
